Terms of Service

I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork. This means that I reserve the right to use any artwork I create for possible portfolios, advertisement and merchandising such as prints. If you wish to keep your commission private, please let me know this when you first contact me.The commissioned artwork is meant for personal use only. You may publish and use it anywhere as long as you give credit, such as blogs, character sites, avatars, icons etc. You may create personal prints, mugs, stickers etc., but are not allowed to sell them to others. Commercial use MUST be agreed on beforehand and comes with an additional fee.You are not allowed to gain monetary profit from your commission. This includes the sale of the digital files, rights to the image, or minting Non Fungible-Tokens.You are not allowed to edit or change the commissioned artwork. This includes removing the watermark and utilizing any sort of AI to train on, edit or change the artwork. The customer will be provided with an un-watermarked version of the commission for private use only. Do not claim ownership of the commission.Though I retain all rights to the artwork, I claim no ownership of your character!

I reserve the right to decline any commission without further explanation. If you have already paid for the commission and I can't finish it, you will be fully refunded.If you decide to cancel a commission, let me know as soon as possible! There will be no fee if I have not begun working on your commission. If I have already begun working on your commission, I will keep a rough estimate of the price according to how much work has already gone into it. If the sketch has been approved that is 1/4 (or 25%) of the work, and you will receive a 75% refund and a hi-res file of the sketch. For pieces where all the flat colour and linework is already finished, I cannot offer a refund as too much of the piece is already finished.No refund will be given after the completion of the commission.

The total price of the commission will be agreed upon and paid fully before I start working. You can always approach me with questions about pricing without committing to a commission. Once we're both agreed on the price, your commission is accepted and added to my current commissions list.Once all my commission slots have been filled, I will let you know your position in my commission queue. If there is a time limit involved, such as a birthday, let me know when you're querying for the commission! I will do my best to accommodate.I will send you an invoice for your commission once I am ready to begin working on it. Please do not try to send me money before I've sent you the invoice! See my estimated return times in the Prices section.You will be sent a preliminary sketch of your commission. You are allowed to ask for any revisions once without an additional fee before I've started inking. After inking has started, I won't do any changes to the work. My process is fairly independent once colouring begins, and you will be sent the final product as soon as everything is finished. Some colours can be altered with lights and shadows that cause the character to look a little different in the final piece - please understand that as the artist I make these choices with confidence and the wish to make the work look as good as possible!Any delay to the completion of the commissioned artwork caused by myself, the artist, will not result in any additional fees.

Weapons or items: +15e per, 3 max.
Expressions: +30e per face, 2 max.
Extra body (clothed, unclothed, different attire): +70e, 2 max.
